1. User responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your Natcall account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, using a stable internet connection, confirming destination numbers before placing calls, and ensuring your use of Natcall complies with laws that apply to you. You are responsible for all activity made through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use policy
Natcall must be used only for lawful personal or approved business calling. You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, abusive calling, illegal robocalling, impersonation, bypassing carrier or regulatory controls, reselling access without permission, interfering with network operations, or attempting to reverse engineer or compromise Natcall systems.
3. Refund and cancellation policy
Natcall is a prepaid calling service with no subscription requirement. Unused credits remain available unless your account is closed for misuse or legal reasons. Refund requests may be reviewed for failed payments, duplicate charges, unresolved service issues, or other valid billing concerns. Used minutes, completed calls, promotional credits, and charges caused by incorrect destination entry are generally not refundable.
4. Limitation of liability
Natcall works to provide reliable international calling, transparent rates, instant top-ups, and monitored routes, but call quality and availability may depend on internet access, destination networks, carriers, payment processors, devices, and third-party systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natcall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
5. Dispute resolution
If you have a billing, account, or service dispute, contact Natcall support first so we can review account records, call logs, top-ups, and route activity. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the laws and venue terms applicable to Natcall and the user agreement in force at that time.
6. Service modifications
Natcall may update rates, routes, features, supported countries, payment methods, security controls, app requirements, or these terms to improve the service, meet operational needs, or comply with legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, admin notices, or other reasonable channels. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
