01.Data collection practices

Natcall collects account details such as your name, email address, phone number, country or default dialing country, login information, wallet balance, top-up history, call destination details, call duration, call status, device and app activity needed to operate the service, support messages, and website cookie or analytics information. Payment card details are handled by secure payment processors and are not stored by Natcall.

02.How we use data

We use your information to create and secure your account, provide international calling, display balances and call logs, process top-ups, monitor route quality, prevent fraud or misuse, answer support requests, improve Natcall features, send service notices, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

03.Data security measures

Natcall uses HTTPS/TLS for website and app traffic, secured service layers for sensitive account and route data, restricted admin access, role-based operational controls, payment processor safeguards, and monitoring of calling and payment activity. We limit customer record access to support, finance, security, and operational needs.

04.User rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where legally permitted, restriction or objection to certain processing, and a copy of data you provided. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

05.Contact for privacy concerns

For privacy questions or data-rights requests, contact Natcall support through the app, website contact form, or official support channel. Please include the email or phone number connected to your Natcall account so we can verify and respond to the request.

06.GDPR compliance statement

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Natcall processes personal data under lawful bases including contract performance, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations. Users in applicable regions may contact us to exercise GDPR rights, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, or raise a concern with their local data protection authority.
